Our rooms were perfect little and freshly decorated here with the bedroom and great shower, for instance. The location was good for exploring this surprisingly quiet area, very close to Kensington Gardens, a nice neighbourhood, close to restaurants and public transportation, and 2 tube stations, Bayswater and Queensway.

Everything was amazing, however a few employees were a bit rude. The breakfast was vegan, the check in was easy.

The receptionist and main person in the breakfast area were excellent were friendly and good communicators. I loved the fact that as I checked in late I was upgraded from a single to a triple room. Best I loved the location overlooking the green leafy square and could open my window. Thought the furnishings were lovely.
Continental breakfast was very average and no facility to make a cup of tea in your own room, though I have to say there was a lovely little garden room with tea-coffee making facilities that included hot water in a large flask but it wasn.t available before breakfast started in the morning. The heavily patterned bedspreads helped conceal other peoples stains.

The place was reasonably priced. Stunning location and fairly clean place, I loved superfriendly and amiable staff. They gave a double room with a fan, all appliances, as example as I booked. I had amazing meals in the hotel; visited The Hayden based not far away.

The hotel was welcoming, had attractive public rooms and was quiet. It was easy to get to on foot from the nearest tube station and we felt safe there. The ladies serving breakfast were polite and pleasant. Although only a buffet breakfast was included in the price, we had fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, butter, cheese and jam and it was sufficient. Tea/coffee/juice was also included.
We were disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room; although there was the garden room to make drinks, we often did not feel like making the trip as we were on the 4th floor!! The hairdryer in the room had a damaged/unsafe plug but this was easily exchanged at Reception and the glass shelf above the sink fell off while my daughter was washing!!, I failed to report this at the time, sorry.
